Our Services

3D PRINTING

With years of hands-on experience and hundreds of completed projects behind us, 3D printing is at the core of what we do. Whether you're looking for a single prototype or a small production run, we provide high-quality, reliable, and flexible 3D printing solutions tailored to your needs.

Our work spans a wide spectrum—from producing small souvenirs and keychains to creating detailed figurines and even life-size animal sculptures. We specialize in bringing concepts to life with precision, creativity, and material versatility.

Materials We Work With

We offer printing in a variety of materials to match your specific use case, including:

  • PLA – Great for visual models, decorative items, and general-purpose prints

  • PETG – Strong, durable, and slightly flexible—ideal for functional parts and outdoor use

  • TPU – Flexible and impact-resistant for wearable or bendable items

  • Specialty Filaments – Including wood-filled, silk, glow-in-the-dark, and more

If you're not sure which material best fits your application, we’ll help you choose the right one based on performance, appearance, and cost.

Production Capabilities

We offer:

  • Prototyping – Rapid iteration of design ideas and functional testing

  • Small Batch Production – Ideal for startups, artists, and niche products

  • Multicolor Printing – Using both single-extruder and multi-material systems

  • Oversized Prints – Modular techniques allow us to create large-scale objects, including sculptures and props

Applications

Our clients come from various industries and creative backgrounds. Some common applications include:

  • Product enclosures and functional prototypes

  • Custom signage and branded items

  • Artistic models and collectibles

  • Educational tools and mechanical teaching aids

  • Promotional items and limited-edition merchandise

Electronics R&D

We offer complete electronics R&D services—turning your ideas into tested, ready-to-use products. Whether you're starting from a rough concept or an existing design that needs refinement, we can guide and support you through the entire development cycle.

From Idea to Working Prototype

Our process begins with exploring your concept in detail. We work closely with you to understand your goals, assess feasibility, and define technical requirements. This collaborative approach helps ensure we’re building the right solution from the start.

Design & Prototyping

We are proficient in industry-standard EDA tools such as Altium Designer and KiCad, allowing us to design reliable and production-ready PCBs. Depending on your needs, we can either work from scratch or build on an existing design.

Our in-house prototyping capabilities let us quickly produce proof-of-concept boards and systems. This rapid iteration speeds up development and allows for early testing and validation.

Testing & Assembly

Once prototypes are validated, we move into the production phase. We can:

  • Manufacture and assemble small batches of PCBs

  • Perform in-house testing for function, performance, and quality

  • Debug and revise designs based on test results

For ongoing or post-development needs, we also offer the design and fabrication of complementary production equipment, such as bed-of-nails testing fixtures, jigs, and alignment tools.

Flexible and Scalable

Whether you need a single custom board or a small run of fully assembled units, we offer flexible options that scale with your project. We support iterative development, making it easy to evolve your design as needed—even after launch.

3D design

Our strength in 3D printing is rooted in a deep understanding of 3D design. With thousands of hours spent in CAD—primarily using Fusion 360 and other Autodesk tools—we specialize in creating parts that are not only functional but optimized for the manufacturing method you need.

Design for 3D Printing

We are experts in designing specifically for additive manufacturing. This means we know how to balance structural integrity, print efficiency, and aesthetic detail. Whether it’s a decorative item, mechanical part, or functional prototype, we ensure your design prints cleanly and reliably with minimal post-processing.

Beyond 3D Printing

While 3D printing is our primary focus, we also have experience designing parts for CNC machining and injection molding. We understand the importance of tolerances, draft angles, parting lines, and manufacturability—and we can help you adapt or redesign parts to suit the process you're aiming for.

From Idea to CAD Model

Whether you're starting from a sketch, a technical drawing, or just an idea, we can turn it into a clean, production-ready 3D model. We work closely with clients to make sure the final design fits both their functional requirements and manufacturing constraints.
